Singapore accepts international students who are looking to study in the country and passed AEIS exam 2023. They can apply to various schools, including junior colleges and primary schools.
AEIS Exam Date 2023
Following the 2022 AEIS, the application period for the 2023 program will begin in July 2023. The dates for the tests will be announced in July 2023. For international students who are looking to enroll in our primary schools, we no longer provide the English test. Instead, they must first take the CEQ test administered by Cambridge Assessment English. This test ensures that they meet the necessary scores before they can register for the AEIS-P Mathematics. No changes have been made to the format of the secondary tests.
In order to register your child for the AEIS-primary mathematics test, they must first take the CEQ exam administered by CAE. They must also meet the requirements to be eligible for the AEIS-secondary tests.
The AEIS is an admissions process for international students who are looking to enter the secondary 1 to 3 and primary 2 to 5 academic years. To participate in the process, students need to create an individual account in the CP before they can start the tests.
The Ministry of MOE (MOE) will not issue permits to individuals who are planning on taking the AEIS tests to enter Singapore. They should only submit an application if they are able to enter the country. You can check the relevant websites of the MOH and the ICA for more information. After the application has been submitted, the entry proof will be produced once the individual has taken the test.
If your child wants to enroll in a primary school and is seeking admission, you must ensure that they take the CEQ exam administered by CAE. It must be taken at least twelve months before the start of the school year. For instance, if your child submitted their AEIS applications in July 2022, you must ensure that they have taken the exam in or around August 2021. To ensure that they meet the requirements of the Cambridge English Scale, below is a list of the necessary scores.
If you submitted your child’s application for admission to a public school in July 2022, you must make sure that they have taken the CEQ exam in August 2021. You must also meet the Cambridge English Scale’s requirements to be eligible to take the AEIS Primary Mathematics test.
S-AEIS Exam Date 2023
The application period for the 2023 S-AEIS examinations begins on January 10, 2023, and ends on February 22, 2023. For international students who wish to enroll in our primary schools, we will no longer be offering the English test. They must first take the CEQ test administered by Cambridge Assessment English. This will allow them to attain the required score before they can register for the S-AEIS Primary Mathematics test. The format of the secondary tests is unchanged.
Prior to your child taking the S-AEIS Primary Mathematics test, they must first take the CEQ exam administered by Cambridge Assessment England. This ensures that they meet the minimum score required to register for the Secondary exams.
For international students who wish to enroll in secondary 1 to 2 and primary 2 to 4 in the same academic year, the S-AEIS is a supplemental admissions exercise. Although it is not guaranteed that you will be admitted, the results of the tests will be used to place you in our schools.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) will not issue permits for individuals to enter Singapore for the S-AEIS tests. If the applicant can’t enter the country due to health or other reasons, they should only submit an application once they have been able to do so. You can refer to the relevant websites of the ICA and MOH for more information. After the application has been submitted, the entry proof will be produced once the individual has sat for the test.
