Updates to AEIS Exam in 2022
There are some updates to AEIS in 2022. The AEIS Exam in Singapore is a way for the Government to assess how well your child has learned at school.
There are two versions of the AEIS, one for the Primary level and one for the Secondary level. The assessment will be English and Mathematics. However, it will only be Mathematics for the Primary level starting from 2022. You will need to take relevant Cambridge English Qualification (A2 Key for Schools) within 12 months before registering for the Primary Mathematics test. There are no AEIS updates at the Secondary level in 2022.
The test is conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE). All overseas students who wish to study in Singapore will have to complete the AEIS test.
AEIS Updates: Application Dates 2022
The registration for the AEIS exam is open on the following dates:
- 27 July 2022 for the Primary Level
- 6 July 2022 for the Secondary Level
The application will close when all of the seats for the tests are full.
